As we are embracing the New Year, on behalf of the board of directors, I would like to express my sincere appreciation and best wishes to all SANY staff and their families that work in over 150 countries and regions, our customers and partners who have been trusting us, and our dear friends who have been supporting SANY’s business all these years.

2016 was a successful year to SANY when we were back to the higher growth. Guided by the vision of “a New Time of SANY”, we identified the strategy of “transition, upgrade, globalization and digitization” and have made remarkable results with SANY’s overseas business accounting for more than 40% of the total revenue last year.

This year also witnessed the rapid development of housing industrialization projects home and abroad. SANY’s military products were firstly showcased to the world at the Zhuhai International Aviation Exhibition. The opening of LONG Insurance and Bank of SANXIANG also saw SANY’s breakthrough in new business sectors. This year, SANY continued to improve the product quality with smart manufacturing and technical innovation. This year, SANY also made full efforts towards cost and risk control to improve the efficiency and sustainability of the company’s operation.

The new year is creating even enormous opportunities for us. The recovering markets across the world and the upcoming fourth industrial revolution provide golden opportunities for us to build a century-old world-leading equipment manufacturer.
