Subsidiary in South Africa Innovatively Provided 2016 Agent Service Training

To enhance agency service capability, assist agents in cultivating service talents and better practice the international service concept of Shantui, the subsidiary in South Africa innovatively provided 2016 agent service training which achieved a complete success from March 30 to April 12.

 

 

The training was provided at Johannesburg, South Africa. Service engineers from South Africa and 5 surrounding countries such as Zambia were invited to participate. The training innovatively adopted the form of independent and opening learning. Students could choose training courses and make advance reservations for equipment models they wanted to learn about. Training courses covered daily maintenance and treatment of common failures of all marketable products of Shantui in the local areas.

 

 

The training was provided successfully under the strong support of company leaders and employees of service support department. Students said they learned a lot from the training and they wanted to participate in more training and exchange activities held by Shantui. The training enhanced service capability of agents in the area of the subsidiary in South Africa, conducted comprehensive evaluation of their service capability and provided strong support for the implementation of future service work.
