XCMG Developed a Series of LNG Loaders

In 2010, XCMG launched China’s first liquefied natural gas (LNG) loader, i.e., LW500K-LNG, which aroused great attention in the industry. XCMG has recently offered LW600K-LNG and LW800K-LNG loaders successively, taking the lead in production and fleet sales of LNG series of loaders.
LW600K-LNG and LW800K-LNG loaders carry over the excellent technology of LW500K-LNG. Taking a LW500K-LNG loader for example, if working eight hours a day, it can save about 400~500 yuan a day compared with a loader consuming fuel, thus generating remarkable economic benefits. Equipped with a special natural gas engine, a LNG series of loader emits less harmful gas and hardly produces any solid residues, helping to meet the Euro III emission standard; it can normally work at a high temperature up to 50°C, suitable for handling of bulk materials such as soil, gravel, lime and coal, and also light-duty shoveling and excavating of ores, hard soils, etc.
