CQL Organizes Track-Type Tractor Service Training for Overseas Dealers

March 12, 2014
With the purpose of improving the service capability for overseas dealers, the product support team at Caterpillar (Qingzhou) Ltd. (CQL) held a service training session at the CQL Training Center in February. A total of 14 trainees including Caterpillar technical representatives and dealer service managers representing seven countries participated in the training.

The training that lasted for over half month allowed trainees to learn service tips and techniques on Track-Type Tractor (TTT) equipment by properly repair and maintain the key fundamental machine systems such as hydrostatic drive, final drive and undercarriage. In addition to the in-class sessions, dealers were involved in a hands-on practice to get an up-close experience. The training was well received by the participants, particularly those Cat experts who attended the training for the second time.

After the session, Kebao Yang, CQL Chairman and General Manager took a group photo with all trainees. Kebao also encouraged them to further improve their service support to better serve the customers.
