SEM Drives Sales and Loyalty Through VIP Customer Event

The VIP customer event recently launched by Shandong SEM Machinery Co., Ltd. (SEM) has proved successful in building brand awareness and enhancing customer relationship. Starting from August 12, the three-day event created an opportunity to engage over 100 key SEM customers in a close-up experience on the continued growth of the company.
 

Taking place in Qingzhou and Qingdao respectively, the event included the facility tour, pilot design machine demo as well as the visit to the Qingdao Beer Festival. The highlight of the day was the celebration for the inception of SEM VIP Customer Club, which will play a positive role in driving SEM's brand promotion and market leadership.
 

Ray Huang, SEM Marketing Manager addressed at the celebration ceremony. He thanked all club members and emphasized SEM's commitment to strengthening long-term partnership by building the effective communication channels between the company and key customers. SEM will provide value-added services to exceed customers' needs and ultimately to achieve a "win-win-win" proposition for customers, dealers, and the company. On behalf of club members, Shandong Railway Group expressed its appreciation to SEM, for offering quality machines with advanced technology and excellent product support services to support the business operation of the company. At the end, Wanyan Liu, SEM Party Secretary and Patrick Zhang, Integration Manager unveiled for the Club and issued VIP certificates to the customers.
