SEM Global Service Training

Nowadays, SEM overseas market is expanding day by day. In order to enhance the service quality, Product Support Department and Export Department have initiated the first two-week training for overseas dealers in March, 2013 at SEM training center.

From Russia, South Africa, Mongolia, Vietnam and other 15 countries, 22 technicians have taken part in this training.
The training is mainly about MG, SCOM, C series WL and other SEM new products, which gave overseas dealers better understanding of our products.


 

The training was carried out both in theory and practice. In this way, not only principle but practice can be learned by themselves. Although there were language difficulties in communications, it was not the main problem especially in practice. The trainees’ desire for knowledge made the communication much easier even sometimes just even with eye contacts or a gesture.

"After this training, I am able to service these machines by myself in the future”. “This is the second time I came to SEM. Comparing with last time in October, 2012, SEM has made a great change. Many new workshops have been built up. I am more confident in SEM product after the factory visit." Said by trainees

Paul Blackburn, SEM GM& chairman, put a high value on this training. He launched the welcome speech, talked with everybody in workshop and took photo with trainees.
