Brazil call center launched

February 1, 2013 marks a good day for the members of the Brazil call center project. The center (number: 08007708866) was launched and went into operation, adding a fine view to the 4S store in Sao Paulo and showing the deep feelings between the Brazil plant, the Sao Paulo sales service company and Brazilian customers.
As Brazil is a key market of XCMG in South America, building a manufacturing base and a 4S store in Brazil has laid a solid foundation for better serving the Brazilian market and progressively extending operations to the rest of South America. As part of the 4S store in Sao Paulo, the call center will standardize the basic management of its sales service in Brazil via its customer service system, establish and improve Brazil's marketing service system, and lay a solid foundation for building XCMG into a world-famous and globally competitive enterprise making Chinese proud.
