Earlier this October, Hetaihengxin and Taihe Consulants bestowed upon Shantui Import and Export Co., Ltd. the “China Manufacturing Industry Employee Satisfaction Award.” The ceremony took place at the consultancy’s annual Employee Satisfaction Research Conference in Beijing.

The decision was made from the consulting firm’s 2012 research of China’s manufacturing and machinery industry’s leading companies. The list of candidates is narrowed during two stages of evaluation, with a third and final stage of voting determining the winners. The final decision cited Shantui’s “positive and proactive drive to establish a strong brand.”
 
This award will assist Shantui in its drive for global brand awareness, and will broaden its international talent recruiting.
