May 7, the signing ceremony of Comprehensive Cooperation Agreement between Xuzhou Construction Machinery Group Co., Ltd. (XCMG) and Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. (BOCOM) was held in Shanghai. The chairman of XCMG, Wang Min, and president of BOCOM, Niu Ximing attended the signing ceremony. Relevant leadership from BOCOM, Jiangsu and Xuzhou branches of BOCOM and XCMG jointly attended the signing ceremony.
According to Comprehensive Cooperation Agreement, XCMG and BOCOM will establish long-term partnership of comprehensive cooperation. BOCOM will provide XCMG comprehensive, convenient and favorable financial services to fully support the development of XCMG.
Previously, XCMG had signed a number of "corp. to corp." cooperation agreements with many financial institutions. The signing with BOCOM indicates that cooperation between XCMG and BOCOM has made a new step forward that will promote broader and deeper business cooperation.
